East Lothian Dragons are looking for a new Community Coach working a flexible 3-6 hours per week.
East Lothian Dragons Basketball Club are a community-focused basketball club in East Lothian, Scotland. The club offers male and female youth teams from age from 10 to 16 years.
The hours of the post are between 3-6 a week and we will be flexible depending on the candidate and their needs.
The roles will suit coaches who want to have fun coaching a game they adore, can be appropriate role models, want to help every player in the squad develop and have a commitment to developing people.
Experience of playing and/or coaching basketball is desirable but not essential. There will be opportunities provided to develop your basketball skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop a coaching or wider sporting career. We will help any young person to develop their career through this role. This is also an excellent job for any senior pupil or student looking to earn and they learn.
