The Dunbar Sport Relief Mile raises almost £1000 for Sport Relief
Sport Relief have recently closed the accounting books on Sport Relief 2014 and are thrilled to announce that it was a record-breaking year, raising a whopping £71.8 million!
The first ever Dunbar Mile organised and run by the Dunbar Community Sport Hub raised £977.39 to add to the total. Not a bad effort for a first attempt and a great springboard to develop on in the future. Thank you to everyone who was involved as participants, Hallhill Sports Centre for hosting the event and the volunteers who made the day possible.
It is a great achievemnet that by our community sports clubs coming together you have managed to help to transform lives both at home in the UK and across the world. A real community effort.
