Kids coached by Scotland Mens U21s
Gullane Hockey Club were delighted to support Scotland U21 Men’s hockey in their preparation for the U21 Euro’s in Russia in July. As part of their fundraising efforts for the European Championships, key members of the team held a training camp for children aged between 7 and 14 on Sunday at the Aubigny in Haddington.
80 children from all over East Lothian and Edinburgh took part in the event learning new skills from these supremely talented young men. Not only did the camp attract our local club players from Dunbar, Gullane, Haddington, Fidra and Meadowmill but we were delighted to see players come from some of the Edinburgh Clubs including Cala and Watsonions.
This was a fantastic opportunity for the kids to be coached and inspired by our National men’s team.
