Disability Sport Information - Upcoming Opportunities

Please see below some information relating to a number of upcoming sporting opportunities, both locally and nationally.

RaceRunning ‘Come & Try’ Day – Sunday 6th May, Meadowmill Sports Centre, East Lothian

Opportunity for children & adults with disabilities which affect mobility and balance.
Race Running (running bike) ‘Come & Try Day’ on the 6th May at Meadowmill Sports Centre, East Lothian, EH33 1LZ (11am – 3pm).
RaceRunning is an activity for children and adults with walking and/or balance impairments and this event will invite anyone who is interested in trying out the sport.  For more information surrounding the sport, please visit www.racerunning.org.

Swimming & Boccia Development Day – 16th June, Tollcross Swim Centre, Glasgow

The purpose of this event is to introduce individuals with a physical disability to the sports of Boccia & Swimming.

Scottish Disability Sport Summer Camp – 11th-13th July, Badaguish Outdoor Centre, Aviemore

Residential sports camp for young people aged between 10 – 18 years old with a physical, visual or hearing impairment (information attached).
