Appointment of Athletics Ambassadors for East Lothian
We are delighted to announce that in December 2017, 4 inspiring young athletes were appointed as Athletics Ambassadors in East Lothian.
They are, Adam Hoole, Catriona McPheat, Maria Lyle and Joe Donnolly. These athletes were selected due to their continued commitment to their own athletics development as well as their voluntary help with junior athletics and a variety of events.
Over the following year you will see them at a number of events from Cross Country to County Sports and Indoor Festivals, please feel free to ask them any questions you have about athletics and about their development and achievements - they have a wealth of knowledge and experience and would love to share it with more up-and-coming young athletes. They will also be part of the East Lothian Athletics Fair due to take place at Meadowmill on Sunday 22nd July…..more details to follow on that.
