East Lothian Junior Golf Order of Merit Fun Comp
18 juniors were rewarded by the weather in the February break when they took to the fairways at North Berwick's Children's Course.
This is the first competition that counts towards the East Lothian Junior Golf Fun Competition Order of Merit.
Players receive points throughout the season for playing in the fun competitions:
100 points for 1st, 75 points 2nd, 50 points for 3rd, 25 points for 4th and 10 points for 5th.
The top 6 players in each division at the end of the season qualify for a prize winners coaching clinic.
The competition format was Stableford with players in the primary division (non handicap) being awarded 1 point for a 6, 2 points for a 5 and so on.
Players in the secondary division (handicap) are awarded 1 points for a 5, 2 points for a 4 and so on.

Time: 1330 – 1500
Cost: FREE!
Format: 9 hole Stableford, nearest the pin and 2’s
The competitions will count towards the 2018 East Lothian Junior Golf Order of Merit.
Winners will be invited to attend an end of season prize winners clinic.

I'm currently finalising the 2018 Junior Fixture List and will email it out to all families on my database and put it online as soon as possible.
Copies will also be circulated to local clubs for their junior members and juniors attending coaching.
