Musselburgh Active Schools run lots of physical activity clubs for all primary schools that feed into Musselburgh Grammar School. Our classes are for boys and girls from nursery age to primary 7 and include activities such as street dance, football, badminton, hockey and many, many more. All of our activity clubs ensure children can participate in diffrent sports & activities in a FUN, friendly and safe environment.

Every school within East Lothian has an Active Schools Coordinator who coordinates an action packed programme of activities including Total Adventure, Girls on the Go and DAP.

We also work with local sports clubs through the Community Sport Hub to provide sport and activity opportunities for children once they leave school.

To continue to provide quality activities for Musselburgh we rely heavily on our volunteer crew.

Come along and join the fun!

We Believe that everyone should be able to participate and enjoy sport and physical activity whoever they are and whatever their background. Cost should never stop your child participating in sport and physical activity. If you are worried or concerned about your ability to cover the cost related to the activity your child would like to take part in, please contact Anna Potter on the details below to discuss in complete confidence. Any assistance is provided confidentially so that it is not obvious to other individuals that your child is receiving this support.
