North Berwick Kayak club is a small friendly family club founded in 1999 with the aim of promoting paddling among the young people of North Berwick and the surrounding area. 

Disciplines are white water, canoe and sea kayaking. We run pool sessions in the winter and lagoon and sea kayaking in the summer. We are a friendly, sociable club and we run BBQs in the summer and our Christmas Party is always popular with our members.

From May we move to the outdoors and experience what it’s all about.   We offer coaching in river and sea kayaking on sheltered water such as the Musselburgh lagoons, the River Tyne and Dunbar Harbour.  In July, August and September we progress on to bigger rivers and the sea.  It’s a great fun activity for all the family.  In the summer programme we will also be offering the opportunity to learn paddle boarding.
