Upcoming course at Loch Centre, Tranent in April
The next RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification will be held at Loch Centre, Tranent in April over 6 days.
Candidates must be able to - Jump/Dive into deep water, Swim 50m in less than 60seconds, Tread water for 30 seconds, Swim 100m continuously on your front and back in deep water and climb out unaided without ladder/ steps.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age on the day of the assessment.
