Proudest Achievement Winning the London Mini Marathon in 2018 – I never expected to win and had hoped to finish in the top 10. TO be 13 seconds ahead of the 2nd athlete was a shock and a delight. The Atmosphere was Amazing and my favourite parts of the race was Bird Cage Mall.
Training Timetable I train 5 days per week: 2 at the track; I have one session in the gym doing weights; and work on my Strength and Conditioning at home.
Favourite Subject I enjoy French very much
Academic Plans I would love to go to University to study International Business
Hobbies I really enjoy travelling. I play Golf at North Berwick and Gullane Courses and, of course, enjoy spending time with my friends.
Diet/Nutrition Tips I make sure I have a quality diet – and eat in-line with my work load
Social Life I have great friends who are supportive but we keep my running career separate so I do have the chance to get away from it

Proudest Achievement Winning the Scottish National Cross Country Championships in February 2018. Ever since I can remember I have watched this event and always dreamed of winning it one day, so when I crossed the finish line first out of 180 participants, I was overjoyed – it was the most amazing feeling!

Wednesday – Strength and Conditioning
Thursday and Friday – Either a training session at the track or a rest day
Saturday – race day
Sunday – either a race or a long run

2019 Goal To be selected for the Scottish Schools team for Cross Country International Race in March. I would also like to be selected for the Scottish Team for the London Mini Marathon
Social Life I enjoy playing football with my friends and spend most of my spare time running
