Craigielaw hosts the 8th annual Clubgolf East Lothian Team Championship
The Clubgolf East Lothian Team Championship, which has been running successfully for 8 years, was held on Wednesday 3rd of April, 2013. A large field of 33 players entered individually from a variety of local clubs. The players ranged in age and ability from junior club members with official handicaps to some that have just started participating in the 400 strong clubgolf coaching programme in East Lothian.
The players competed in mixed ability teams, and took park in 3 golfing challenge: Texas Scramble on Craigielaw’s South Course, Chipping and Putting. The team that scored the most points over the 3 challenges won the coveted clubgolf East Lothian Team Championship. There were also prizes for teams that won each of the 3 separate challenges. All players demonstrated strong skills, team work and promise for the 2013 season.

Scramble Winners: TEAM DONALD: Ross Lunn (The Glen), Callum Hunter (Longniddry), Connor Finlay (Longniddry) and Shay Heaphy (Gullane)
Chipping Winners: TEAM OOSTHUIZEN: Cameron Gallagher (Longniddry), Finlay Bathgate (Haddington) and Charlie Smith (Haddington)
Putting Winners: TEAM ROSE – Kyle Cummings (North Berwick), Charlie Malcolm (Gullane) and Harry Bent (North Berwick)
