Four Pais atheletes came together to run a week's camp
Four of our hockey Pais athletes ran a week's hockey camp for players in the recent October break. Hamish Walker, coach at Gullane Hockey Club and East Lothian U12 squad coach, called upon fellow Pais player Freya and two ex Pais athletes Charlie and Alex, to run a week's morning hockey camp for our young players here in East Lothian. All four Pais athletes have acheived success at district and two at National level - Hamish U18 East District player, Freya U14 and U16 East District squad, Charlie U14 and 16 East Distirct goalie and Scotland U16 goalie, and Alex U16 and U18 East and Scoltand player. A great line up of talent for a fun filled week of holiday hockey. Over 30 boys and girls from ages 8 to 14 attended the week's camp, a lot of fun was had as well as some fantastic coaching from these young atheletes. Great to see them give something back to the hockey community.
