East Lothian County Cricket's kwik cricketing girls enjoyed playing in the National Girls Festival in Perth and meeting the Scotland Wildcats!
With representatives from Gullane, Pencaitland and Gifford the East Lothian County Cricket girls team enjoyed success in sunny Perth at this year's National Girls Kwik Cricket Fesival organised by Cricket Scotland. Over 100 girls participated and our girls peformed extremely well with three wins out of their four games, whilst achieving personal milestones hitting planty of sixes and fours!
The Scotland ladies team was on hand all day to give help run the festival and to the girls coaching tips. After the matches, there was an opportunity to ask the international players questions and collect autographs.
As the pics show, a great day was had by players and parents. We will definitely be taking a team there again next year!
