Gullane, Dunbar and North Berwick come together for swim meet
Last week Dunabar Swimming Club hosted the first swimming gala between Dunabr, Gullane and North Berwick. This gala was the first time the three clubs have come together in an event and will hopefully become an annual event.
Each club had a mixed team of 12 swimmers and competed over a number of events for points.
The teams were very supportive of each other, with the noise level incredible on some of the relay events!
Each child received a participation medal before the final scores were announced. Gullane took the trophy home for winning club, with all the children displaying great sportsmanship towards the other teams.
A huge thank you to all the volunteers that made the event possible and congratulations to all the swimmers that participated!!
