Active Schools offer Rock Climbing Classes in Tranent
Yes it is Tranent’s best kept secret, but we do indeed have a climbing wall at Forrester Park in Tranent, right next the fantastic 3G football pitch, just off Lindores Drive.
Active Schools have been working with their partners at enjoyleisure to provide beginners lessons for all children over the age of 8 years old. With 2 sets of taster blocks designed to allow everyone a shot of the climbing wall and if they enjoy the classes, then book onto the other classes offered by enjoyleisure.
Another 2 blocks of activity are planned for after the Easter Holidays, so keep an eye out on the new Active Schools Timetable coming through the schools when the schools return at the end of April.
