Aqua Aerobics is the main theme of an exciting Girls on The Go programme at the Loch Centre in Tranent
The Girls on the Go programme is specifically designed to get as many girls active as possible, and continue to keep them active as long as they possibly can. This term, Aqua Aerobics has been a huge success with each of the 20 girls having a great time.
Lead Coach, Fiona Wilson has always been a strong part of the Tranent Girls on the Go programme and her fun and enthusiastic coaching style fits perfectly with the girls who enjoy a wide variety of activities in the water, from Water Polo, basic “jumping in” and Aerobic exercises.
As always, Fiona has been assisted by parent helper, Amanda Bennie, who this term completed her full Girls on the Go training and with her in the water and Fiona on the poolside, the girls participating have the best quality session. This term a new assistant, Ross High’s Ashley Irvine (S5 pupil), has been assisting Fiona and Amanda, and a big thank you to all three of you for al your efforts this term.
