STONEYHILL MID AND EAST PRIMARY CHAMPIONS
Stoneyhill Primary Badminton team celebrated their first ever win at the Mid and East Lothian Schools Primary Schools Quaich held on Wednesday 23rd January at Meadowmill Sports Centre.
Four primary schools Dunbar, Law, Longniddry and Stoneyhill competed in the event with each school getting the opportunity to play the other 3 schools in a round robin format.
All 6 team matches finished with a 3 – 2 final score line making the competition so exciting with eventually Stoneyhill taking the title and Longniddry Primary finishing in second place.
Stoneyhill Primary will now represent Mid and East Lothian Schools at the Scottish Schools Gibb Memorial Quaich which will be held on Saturday 23rd February at Ravenscraig Sports Centre.
